How this free tool works
Each nonblank line is treated as one review. Transparent dictionaries count indicative negative and positive words and group complaint phrases into shipping, sizing, durability, quality, price and usability categories. The tool reports theme counts and sample excerpts, not an AI-generated conclusion.
Worked example
Reviews saying “arrived late” and “shipping delayed” increment the delivery-complaint category. Reviews saying “good quality” increment positive indicators.
Limitations and data quality
Rule-based word matching misses sarcasm, context, negations, other languages and diverse phrasing. Not a statistical sentiment model. Do not upload personal information or reviews you lack rights to analyze. Up to 500 lines/50,000 characters.
